HP TouchSmart 610 and 9300 Elite Business All-in-One PC

HP prides itself as the first company to provide touchscreen all-in-one PCs, but as other computer manufacturers put out their own spin of this device, the best way is to turn up the ante.
This was evident in HP’s newest line of touch-based AIOs, namely the TouchSmart 610 and 9300 Elite Business PC. Both PCs feature 23-inch screens with 1920 x 1080 resolution, as well as the ability to recline the screens up to 60 degrees or swivel the entire body of the rig up to 180 degrees.
The tilt and swivel functions aim to make touch interaction more comfortable and ergonomic. Additionally, the TouchSmart 610 is loaded with finger-friendly Hulu, Netflix, Twitter apps, and TouchSmart Apps Center. It is also configured with Intel and AMD desktop processors, up to 16GB of RAM, a terabyte of storage, Blu-ray drive, 1.3-megapixel camera, and Beats audio speakers.
Meanwhile, the 9300 is geared for enterprises and comes with Intel Sandy Bridge processors, a 160GB SSD option, and a 2-megapixel camera with facial recognition for “enhanced security.”
The 610 is expected to become available beginning February 9 for about US$900, while the 9300 will be shipped on May for an undetermined price.
